2010. received M.Sc. in Computer Science, master thesis "Finite state transducers for monitoring the web", at University of Belgrade, Faculty of Mathematics,
2012. received Ph.D. in Computer Science, doctoral thesis "Finte state models in information extraction", at University of Belgrade, Faculty of Mathematics.

2003. - to date: University of Belgrade, Faculty of Agriculture; in the beginning as a Teaching Assistant, currently as an Assistant Professor for Mathematics and Computer Science, teaching several courses

2011. - to date: Regional center for talented students, Zemun, Belgrade; as a teacher-mentor for mathematics

Professional and research interests

Additional notes

Vesna Pajic is an active member of Group for Human Language Technologies at University of Belgrade and Group for bioinformatics at Faculty of Mathematics, University of Belgrade. Vesna Pajic has been active as a researcher on several former and current projects financed by Ministery of Science, Republic of Serbia. During her academic career, she supervised as a mentor several student's graduate thesis. She published several textbooks and workbooks for students. She is a member of the Editorial Board of several scientific journals. She is married and has three sons.
